Our opening hours this summer

The office at Studenternas Hus

During the months June - August we are not always at the office. Please contact us by phone or email instead of visiting us at Studenternas Hus. Outside the semesters, we often work with other things, which is why the response time is longer than usual. Thank you for your patience while waiting for a response!

We will not be available on

National Day

The office is closed on 6 June.

Midsummer

The office will close at lunchtime on 19 June. We are back again on 24 June.

Almedalsveckan

The presidium is participating in Almedalsveckan on 23 - 27 June and is therefore limited in its availability during the week.

Vacations

The ombud are on vacation from 1 July to 3 August. No tickets or emails will be handled during this period. Finance will be on holiday until 10 August.

Training days

The University of Gothenburg Student Unions have training days on 5 - 6 August, during which the office is closed.

The Presidium

The new Presidium will take office on 1 July. Until 3 August, the Presidium has varying weeks off. For urgent matters, please call or text +46 (0)72-188 83 04.
